Melissa has been a long-time supporter of Lenapehoking Reestablishment and our local communities for many years. Annually, Melissa would donate her time to assist us in preparing for our home nations Annual Pow-Wow by not only assisting with the compilation of the program book, but generously providing updated professional quality photos for our community’s use.
The photos that she has taken have been utilized widely; text books on our community, art exhibits, and one of our personal favorites, provided the photo that was ultimately used as inspiration as a part of the newest mural at Newark Airport’s Terminal A by Layqa Nuna Yawar.
In addition to her contributions to our community, she is a practicing Architectural Designer, who has worked closely with LRP’s Founder in said profession. Her Building Renderings have always been top quality, and her passion for doing good work is clearly seen in all that she does.
We thank Melissa for all that she has done for our community.
